Refund policy

Order processing & Cancelations

During holidays, product launches, restock, order processing times are subject to delays.


Once your order is placed, we have a very limited window to make any changes or cancellations. If you would like to make an order change or cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email at contact@eternoperformance.com.

Some cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee and will be managed on a case by case basis.

Eterno Performance does not guarantee that we will be able to change your order before it gets processed for fulfillment. If your order is already in process and you no longer want your order, you will have to wait to receive it, then process a return request for it to be considered for a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery so that any concerns can be addressed in a timely manner. Installation errors are at the discretion of the customer, and we heavily advise that most products are installed by professionals as much as possible. We advise that all products to be test fitted prior to installation so that proper resolution can be provided without incurring restocking fee. Customers must report product issues within 14 days of the item being delivered. Please read further for our product defect/warranty policy.

Restocking Fees

All returned items will require a restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Certain scenarios can be determined on a case by case basis but are not limited to.

Lost or Stolen Products

Eterno Performance is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier if you did not receive the package. We send tracking information once packages are shipped and delivered. Please obtain your package as soon as possible. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Eterno Performance is unable to do anything in this situation, and will not refund or resend the lost/stolen item.
